Terms of Use

By creating an account, requesting a quote, or paying for any service on PNW Export Logistics (“PNW Exports,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access. One account per customer; impersonation or sharing credentials is prohibited.

You must provide truthful, complete, and current information for every shipment, including sender/recipient details, item descriptions, vehicle titles, VINs, declared values, and destination addresses. Incorrect information may delay shipment, void coverage, or trigger customs penalties at your cost.

The following items may never be shipped through PNW Exports: hazardous or flammable materials, weapons or ammunition, illegal narcotics, perishables not approved in writing, currency, live animals, counterfeit goods, and any item prohibited by U.S. export law or Ghanaian import law. We may inspect, refuse, or dispose of prohibited items without refund.

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in writing when you approve the quote. Approved quotes lock in pricing for the stated validity window; expired quotes may be re-priced.

Payment is processed through Stripe. By submitting payment you authorize the charge and confirm the funds are legally yours. Shipment work begins only after payment clears. Failed or reversed payments may pause your shipment.

Refunds may be requested from your customer account. Each request is reviewed by an authorized administrator and a typed refund amount is recorded for audit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where a shipment is canceled but a new payment is required (for example, after a refunded vehicle remains active), a new checkout session will be made available.

Transit times are estimates and depend on sailing schedules, port operations, customs clearance, and inland delivery in Ghana. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, ports, customs, weather, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control.

You are the importer/exporter of record. You are responsible for duties, taxes, customs documentation, and compliance with U.S. export rules and Ghanaian import rules. We may assist with documentation but do not assume legal responsibility for compliance.

We may modify service offerings, pricing, sailing schedules, or available routes. We will use reasonable efforts to notify affected customers of material changes.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a shipment is limited to the lower of the declared value or the fees actually paid for that shipment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profit or sentimental value.

You agree not to use the service to violate any law, infringe rights, send fraudulent shipments, abuse staff, attempt to access another customer's account or data, or interfere with the security or operation of our systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, prohibited shipments, chargeback abuse, or other activity that endangers customers, staff, carriers, or compliance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless legal counsel later updates this provision. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington.
